Spiced Pear Collins Cocktail


Compliments of The Thomas restaurant in Napa California, they were kind enough to share one of their signature cocktail recipes: The Spiced Pear Collins!

1 oz Espolon Blanco Tequila
1/2 oz Mina real Mezcal
3/4 oz perfect puree pear
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz agave syrup

Shake well, pour over ice, and top with soda to finish.
