our favorite gift stores in napa
You don't have to come to Napa for these favorites! Head over to their websites and you can purchase whatever catches your eye online.
WOODHOUSE CHOCOLATE
Up there with the most delicious, fine chocolate you will find anywhere. Plus the window displays change up frequently and it’s worth a trip in and of itself just to see them. They are true works of art in ode to the season! - Ryan MacDonnell, co-owner
POOR HOUSE
A cute rustic but elegant home and gift shop. I always find the perfect housewarming gift, surprise and delight for my mom’s birthday, or a splurge for the house. - Ryan MacDonnell, co-owner
NAPA BOOKMINE
I love the bookmine, I go there all the time! I read books, sell them back, and then they have an in store credit for when I purchase from them again. I’ve really had great experiences with them. - Katherine Lautenbach, Wine Club & eCommerce Manager
NAPA VALLEY VINTAGE HOME
A fantastic assortment of beautiful home wares, everything from furniture to linens to Christmas decorations. They also have an adorable section devoted to children in the back that I can’t resist. This place is dangerous and a feast for the home decorator’s senses! - Ryan MacDonnell, co-owner
WORTH THE VISIT
These three favorites do not have online stores, but now you have another excuse to come over to Napa!
SPORTAGO
My husband’s favorite place in town to pop into and see what the latest offerings are. They have great outerwear and other gear and the regular sales in the top secret back room are always worth checking out! - Ryan MacDonnell, co-owner
STEVE'S HARDWARE & HOUSEWARES
I love Steve’s for its small town feel and the fact that it has everything you might need in the hardware and kitchen department. You can always find one of the friendly locals walking the aisles reading and willing to help. Sometimes I like to just wander around the store daydreaming about all the DIY and home improvement projects I could embark upon. - Ryan MacDonnell, co-owner
PENNYWEIGHT
I can get lost in Pennyweight for hours! The best part is that I find unique cards for people that I haven't thought about in the longest time and it inspired me to bring back the lost art of letter writing and selecting thoughtful gifts. There's nothing like getting a handwritten letter in the mail! - Liz Mercer, Director of Hospitality
