Decadent and vibrant, this Meyer Lemon Sorbet is the perfect summer time ice-cream.
3 large Meyer Lemons, zested and juiced
1 large lemon, juiced
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup Round Pond Meyer Lemon Citrus Syrup
Pinch of salt
Makes 1 Quart
Add the sugar water and Meyer Lemon Citrus Syrup to the lemon juice in the bowl. Add the pinch of salt. Taste for sugar content. It should taste very sweet and lemony. Add more juice if necessary.
Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
