Grilled Spanish Garlic Bread

The perfect grilled garlic bread – fresh, easy and delicious!
1 fresh french baguette
4 Tbsp Round Pond Spanish Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 garlic cloves, peeled
salt and pepper
Take all 6 cloves of garlic and smash them into a garlic press. In a small bowl blend together the Round Pond Spanish Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic until it is somewhat of a smooth consistency. Cut the baguette lengthwise and brush on the olive oil/garlic mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on a warm grill face down. Grill for 5-10 minutes on low until grill marks are on the bread and it is heated through.
