Citrus Syrup Ice Cream Soda


The folks from the 1950s would be jealous of this addition to your classic ice cream soda.

3 Tbsp Round Pond Blood Orange or Meyer Lemon Citrus Syrup
3 Tbsp heavy cream, chilled
club soda or seltzer, chilled
vanilla ice cream

Pour Round Pond Blood Orange or Meyer Lemon Syrup and heavy cream into a tall glass. Whisk with a fork, then slowly, while still whisking, add the club soda until the glass is 3/4 full. Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Then add a little extra soda on the top of glass, and serve with spoon and a straw.
