11 lemons, juice and zest
1 lime, juice and zest
1 orange, juice and zest
1 ¼ cup heavy cream
1 ½ cup of sugar
pre-made tart shell (found in frozen food aisle) or par-baked shell of your choice
Round Pond Estate Meyer Lemon Citrus Syrup
Heat oven to 325F.
Prepare the tart shell as directed by packaging.
Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl and puree with a hand-held immersion blender.
Pour mixture into tart shell, and bake for 15 minutes, or until set. Cool, then serve with vanilla gelato or whipped cream and garnish with a mint sprig, and a drizzle of our Round Pond Estate Meyer Lemon Citrus Syrup.
